Dr. Björn Ulrich Winter is Head of the Section for Craniofacial Sleep Medicine at Tannami AS, Billingstad, Norway. He is a specialist in Orthodontics and Dental Sleep Medicine and holds a doctoral degree in the field of cancerous lung changes. He is the founder of the PremaxProject and developer of premaxOrtho®, maxOrtho®, hyoidOrtho®, Tactilase®, and Winterwire®. He also serves as a Clinical Advisory Board Member at Tongue Lab, Paris. His research focuses on early childhood sleep disorders and craniofacial developmental disturbances related to epigenetic influences. Dr. Winter is the author of several publications, including work on the Hyoid Slump Hypothesis.
